By using PropPocket (MülkCep / ImmoPocket), published by App Atölyesi, you agree to these short terms.
- As is: the app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a record-keeping tool, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Check figures and dates yourself.
- Your data and the law: you are responsible for the data you enter, especially information about your tenants, and for complying with the laws that apply to you (tenancy, tax, data protection, etc.).
- Availability: we do not guarantee that the app or its online services are always available, error-free or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups using the in-app export.
- Liability: to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Pro subscription: PropPocket Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes ads and raises the free-plan limits. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. The price is shown in the store in your currency before you buy. Refunds follow the store's policy. Your data is never deleted when a subscription ends; free-plan limits then only stop you adding more.
- Account: keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
- Privacy: see the privacy policy.

- Olduğu gibi: uygulama herhangi bir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Bir kayıt tutma aracıdır; hukuki, vergi veya muhasebe danışmanlığı değildir. Tutarları ve tarihleri kendiniz kontrol edin.
- Verileriniz ve mevzuat: girdiğiniz verilerden, özellikle kiracılarınıza ait bilgilerden ve size uygulanan mevzuata (kira, vergi, kişisel verilerin korunması vb.) uymaktan siz sorumlusunuz.

Ücret onay sırasında Apple ID veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir ve dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz otomatik yenilenir. Aboneliği App Store veya Google Play abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz; uygulamayı ya da hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Mit der Nutzung von PropPocket (MülkCep / ImmoPocket) von App Atölyesi stimmen Sie diesen kurzen Bedingungen zu.
- Wie besehen: Die App wird „wie besehen“ ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Sie ist ein Werkzeug zur Datenerfassung, keine Rechts-, Steuer- oder Buchhaltungsberatung. Prüfen Sie Beträge und Daten selbst.
- Ihre Daten und das Recht: Sie sind für die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten, insbesondere über Ihre Mieter, und für die Einhaltung der für Sie geltenden Gesetze (Mietrecht, Steuern, Datenschutz usw.) verantwortlich.
- Verfügbarkeit: Wir garantieren nicht, dass die App oder ihre Online-Dienste stets verfügbar und fehlerfrei sind oder dass nie Daten verloren gehen. Sichern Sie Ihre Daten selbst mit dem Export in der App.
- Haftung: Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für mittelbare Schäden oder Folgeschäden. Eine gesetzlich nicht beschränkbare Haftung bleibt unberührt.
- Pro-Abonnement: PropPocket Pro ist ein optionales, automatisch verlängerndes Abonnement (monatlich oder jährlich), das Werbung entfernt und die Grenzen des kostenlosen Tarifs erhöht. Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung Ihrer Apple-ID bzw. Ihrem Google-Play-Konto belastet und verlängert sich automatisch, sofern Sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des Zeitraums kündigen. Verwalten oder kündigen Sie in den Abo-Einstellungen von App Store oder Google Play; das Löschen der App oder des Kontos beendet das Abo nicht. Der Preis wird vor dem Kauf im Store in Ihrer Währung angezeigt. Rückerstattungen richten sich nach den Regeln des Stores. Beim Ende eines Abos werden keine Daten gelöscht; die Grenzen des kostenlosen Tarifs verhindern dann nur das Hinzufügen.
- Konto: Halten Sie Ihre Anmeldung sicher. Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit löschen (siehe Datenlöschung). Konten, die den Dienst missbrauchen, können wir sperren.
