How to delete your data

You can delete your PropPocket (MülkCep / ImmoPocket) account and all its data yourself, at any time. This also applies if you signed in with Google, Apple or Facebook.
In the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete account.
- Optional: choose "Export my data first" to save a copy.
- Tick "I understand this cannot be undone". Email accounts enter their password; Google, Apple or Facebook accounts sign in with that provider once more.
- Confirm. The app shows each step; if it is interrupted, open the same dialog again to continue.
What gets deleted, and when
- Immediately, as the steps run: all your records (properties, tenancies, tenant details, rent, payments, expenses, maintenance, handovers, notes), your photos and documents, your local reminders and temporary files on the device, and finally your sign-in account.
- Remaining technical copies in Google's systems are removed on Google's normal schedule.
- Files you exported and saved or shared yourself are not deleted by us; remove them yourself.
Cannot use the app? Use email
Send a message to apps@appatolyesi.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address of your account (for Facebook sign-in, include the email on your Facebook profile). We confirm by reply and normally complete the deletion within 30 days.
Facebook users
To remove the app's connection from Facebook, you can also remove "PropPocket" under Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites; then use the steps above to delete the data we hold.

- Bestätigen. Die App zeigt jeden Schritt; bei einer Unterbrechung dasselbe Fenster erneut öffnen, um fortzufahren.
Was wird wann gelöscht
- Sofort, während die Schritte laufen: alle Ihre Einträge (Objekte, Mietverhältnisse, Mieterdaten, Miete, Zahlungen, Ausgaben, Instandhaltung, Übergaben, Notizen), Ihre Fotos und Dokumente, lokale Erinnerungen und temporäre Dateien auf dem Gerät und zuletzt Ihr Anmeldekonto.
- Verbleibende technische Kopien in Googles Systemen werden nach Googles üblichem Zeitplan entfernt.
- Dateien, die Sie selbst exportiert, gespeichert oder geteilt haben, löschen wir nicht; entfernen Sie sie selbst.
App nicht nutzbar? Per E-Mail
Schreiben Sie an apps@appatolyesi.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“, von der E-Mail-Adresse Ihres Kontos (bei Facebook-Anmeldung die E-Mail Ihres Facebook-Profils angeben). Wir bestätigen per Antwort und schließen die Löschung in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab.
Facebook-Nutzer
Um die Verbindung der App bei Facebook zu entfernen, können Sie „PropPocket“ zusätzlich unter Facebook Einstellungen > Apps und Websites entfernen; löschen Sie die bei uns gespeicherten Daten anschließend mit den obigen Schritten.
